Per Ananiassen is a Norwegian-Sámi theater scholar, dramaturg and theater manager. He was dramaturg at Trøndelag Theater 2001–2008, and is artistic and general manager at Teaterhuset Avant Garden from 2008. Until 2019, he led the extensive process of developing a new theater building and converting Avantgarden to its new business as Rosendal Teater
