Your gift will be used to support the programs and activities of the Arts Research Center at UC Berkeley. These include programs that:
- fosters individual and collaborative research in the arts and across the arts
- articulates the centrality of the arts to the mission of a research institution, and advocates for resources to support arts research
- promotes the role of the arts in the university’s community engagement and its commitment to diversity and inclusion
- coordinates partnerships--on the regional, national, and international level--with universities, with arts institutions, and with important artists and ensembles
- encourages innovative teaching in and with the arts
