Join us in welcoming our esteemed new colleagues in Art Practice, English/Creative Writing, Film & Media, History of Art, Music, and Theater, Dance, & Performance Studies. ARC developed The Loft Hour in 2023 to create cross-disciplinary conversations, across the arts and faculty rank levels, with the aim of creating a spotlight and fulcrum for new members of the Arts at Berkeley. Hosted by the Arts Research Center in our loft space, and supported by the Dean’s Office of the Division of Arts and Humanities.
