Submission Happy Hour was a program of the Arts Research Center in Fall 2022.
Once a month, get together for mocktails, snacks, and fellow scribes to launch your best writing into the Universe. Party starts with a 10-minute tutorial on how to use Submittable and how to find good places to pitch your work. Then it’s down to business submitting!
Support the ARC’s research mission by filling out a 45-second report of your submission tally (and results) and how it feels to be a writer. Party ends with free swag. Prizes will be awarded through the semester for First Submission, Most Submissions, Most Rejections, & Random Good Fortune.
Open to Berkeley students, staff, and faculty. Stay tuned for future dates.
