Art, Technology, & Culture Colloquium 2016-2017: Global Circulations

2017 talks took place at 6:30pm in the Osher Auditorium, BAMPFA, Berkeley CA


Berkeley’s Art, Technology, and Culture Colloquium is an internationally recognized forum for presenting new ideas that challenge conventional wisdom about art, technology, and culture. This series, free of charge and open to the public, presents artists, writers, curators, and scholars who consider contemporary issues at the intersection of aesthetic expression, emerging technologies, and cultural history, from a critical perspective.

ARC | Arts + Design is once again partnering with the Art, Technology and Culture Colloquium for the 2016/17 academic year. This year’s theme will focus on Digital  Immersions and will feature exciting talks by Tom SachsMike Tyka & Josette MelchorReuben Margolin,Pamela & Richard KramlichLawrence RinderTanya Zimbardo, Andrew & Deborah Rappaport and Tiffany Chung.  All lectures will take place on Mondays, on the UC Berkeley campus, from 6:30-8:00pm.
