Mapping the Conversation: The Questioning Aesthetics Symposium Reader will present evolving conversations around participation, computing and the contemporary, where scholars and artists from around the US discuss the changing state of interdisciplinary art relations and question blind spots in the field. Directions to 308A Doe: Enter Doe Library through the south entrance (near the east end, the building corner closest to the Campanile). Go past the security desk and turn left and at the end of the corridor, turn right and right again – which are the only ways you *can* turn without going through a closed door – and you’ll see Elevator 3. Take the elevator to the third floor and after you’ve gone through the detection gate just outside the elevator, turn right. The door to 308A will be on the left. Map of 3rd floor.

The Questioning Aesthetics symposium is hosted by The Arts Research Center, UC Berkeley, with support from the Encyclopedia of Aesthetics, the Arts & Humanities Dean’s office, and the UC Berkeley History of Art Department. Image: Hito Steyerl, Adorno´s Grey, 2012, detail.
